What's the minimum order?
No minimum. You can start with a single sample box. Most partner kitchens begin with 1–2 boxes per week and scale up once the chef has a feel for what's coming in. Contracts and lock-ins are never required.
Can we choose the varieties?
The Main Box is our weekly seasonal curation — typically 5–8 species. For specific varieties (a particular cultivar of tomato, a specific okra size, etc.), use the À La Carte add-on. We can also accommodate special requests; just email what you're looking for.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and most of the New Territories. For remote or outlying-island locations, send us an email first so we can confirm logistics.
How do holidays work?
We run extra deliveries before Chinese New Year, close for the first 3 days of the new year, and resume from day 4. Other public holidays are announced a week in advance.
Quality · Food safety
What if a box isn't up to standard?
Email us the same day; we swap or credit the invoice immediately. This is SOP, not an exception. We believe "good" should be defined by the chef using it, not by us.
Why don't you call yourselves "organic"?
We don't lean on words like "organic", "natural", or "premium". We prefer to state the facts — who the farmer is, which field, how they grow it — and let the chef judge. All of this is printed on the chronicle inside every box.
Are you registered with the food-safety authority?
Yes. We're registered with the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD / 食環署) as a food importer, and we carry third-party and product-liability insurance. Documentation available on request.
What happens during extreme weather (typhoons, heavy rain)?
We tell you honestly what the week's limits are — certain varieties may be short, or may not meet our standard. We won't fill the gap with imports. Sometimes that means a smaller box that week; more often, it means different species than expected.

How soon can we start?
As soon as next week. After a quick email or Zoom to align on your needs, we can schedule the first sample delivery within a few business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
FPS (Faster Payment System), bank transfer, PayMe, or a 30-day invoice after 3 months of partnership. Small sample orders can be settled on delivery.
Can you do a co-brand chronicle for our restaurant?
Yes. For long-term partners we design a bespoke chronicle card carrying your restaurant's logo, typography, and voice. Restaurants typically place it at the table or in the menu so diners can trace the ingredients themselves. Discuss with us via email to see specimens.
Can we arrange a visit or Zoom before committing?
Of course. The founder personally handles all enquiries — we can arrange a site visit anywhere in Hong Kong, or a 15-minute Zoom introduction.
